The purpose of this RFP is to establish a comprehensive Web Conferencing solution for the Eligible Participants in the 12 state region of the Compact. At a minimum this solution will offer competitive master price agreements with qualified vendor(s) who shall provide integrated or standalone web conferencing products, support services, training and related materials and or services in accordance with the specifications of this RFP.
