MHEC is pleased to share the following cooperative purchasing contracts available to higher education (public and private not-for-profit); K-12 districts and schools; and cities, counties, local subdivisions; state government. MHEC was not involved in the negotiation of these contracts, but rather shares these resources to assist member states in their efforts to ensure a safe return to campus for students, faculty, and staff.
As a first step, MHEC is sharing resources organized by broad categories. MHEC did not drill down each category by particular commodity, rather users will need to visit each contract to specifically drill down on supplies (for example, a broad category of personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and users will need to visit each contract to specifically look for masks). MHEC makes every attempt to stay current as possible but acknowledges the rapid pace of information change during the pandemic. As always, suggested improvements are welcomed and encouraged.
Addtionally, Coronavirus resources are being tracked in the following areas: planning for the fall, emerging policies and practices, teaching online, students, institutional financial considerations, and additional concerns.
