The General Services Administration (GSA) is the government’s contracting agency and is not limited to federal agencies alone. GSA offers a Cooperative Purchasing Program allowing state and local entities to purchase from pre-vetted vendors. GSA identifies eligible contracts with a “COOP” logo.
All authorized governmental entities in any state are welcome to use NASPO cooperative contracts with the approval of that state's State Chief Procurement Official. Cooperative purchasing benefits states, cities, counties, public schools, institutions of higher education & other eligible entities.
The E&I Cooperative Services is owned by its membership of more than 1,600 colleges, universities, K-12, hospitals, medical research institutions and hospital purchasing organizations located throughout the United States.
Sourcewell is a service cooperative created by MN Statute 123A.21. Sourcewell is a member owned cooperative, serving all public & non-public educational systems, governmental & nonprofit agencies. Although there are no fees, Joint Powers requires entities enter into a Participation Member Agreement.
All agreements offered through OMNIA Partners have been awarded via a thorough Request for Proposal (RFP) competitive solicitation by a public agency/governmental entity (e.g., state‚ city‚ county‚ public university or school district).
