In an effort to give Midwestern colleges and universities and state and local governmental entities more flexibility and choice in selecting the printers that meet their needs, MHEC underwent a Request for Proposal (RFP) process for printers. Upon completion of the RFP process, MHEC selected Xerox as its approved vendor and entered into an agreement with Xerox that gives colleges, universities, and state and local governments a significant discount on the purchase price of Xerox printers and supplies (excluding paper).
