Beth Ellie serves as the Associate Director of Policy Initiatives. Dr. Ellie has served in leadership roles in accreditation, evaluation, program review, strategic planning, and institutional research for Wisconsin Technical College System institutions over the last 15 years. A Six Sigma Black Belt, Beth is gifted at breaking down data from the organizational to the team level to create ownership and consensus amongst diverse groups to achieve goals. Beth served as a Higher Learning Commission peer reviewer for more than 15 years. She serves on the AIRUM Board of Directors.
Beth earned a doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Edgewood College in Madison, WI, a master’s degree in English Literacy, Technology, and Professional Writing from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ, and a graduate certificate in Evaluation Studies from UW-Stout in Menomonie, WI.
