Katie Chock serves as the Midwestern Higher Education Compact's meeting and event manager. She brings a wealth of event planning experience from her time as a project manager for the Liemandt Foundation where she worked for five years managing a number of volunteer teams, organizing and carrying out numerous community events, and assisting with marketing campaigns. Katie also assisted with 24 Seven Events and Marketing where she assisted in the organization of annual half marathon activities, as well as coordinating marketing, promotions, and sponsors for fundraiser events. She also served as a sales events manager for a Minneapolis hotel for two years, and as an executive meeting specialist and sales coordinator for two years. Katie earned her bachelor’s of science in marketing from Saint Cloud State University in 2005. Katie began working for the Compact in July 2015.
