NEW - 4/10/24 - U.S. Department of Education announcement offers some limited circumstance compliance extension over new PPA professional licensure regulations through January 1, 2025. Read carefully and document your reasoning for inability to comply by July 1, 2024.  This is not a free pass for 6 months as you must document the specific barrier to compliance that will be considered by the Department in the event of a review.
