Premium Service Telephone Support Incidents
Collaborative Members are able to purchase Premium Service Technical Support Telephone Incidents at substantially discounted prices. Through its agreement with Micro Focus, MHEC has established a pool of Premium Service Technical Support Telephone Incidents for use by Collaborative Members. As a Collaborative Member, your institution is able to purchase these incidents as needed on a just in time basis at a price of $500 per incident. (Collaborative Members receive one complimentary Premium Service Telephone Technical Support Incident at the time of initial enrollment). Incidents consumed by Collaborative Members are recorded by Micro Focus and forwarded to MHEC. Each Collaborative Member is then billed monthly by MHEC for the number of incidents it actually uses from the pool. MHEC will periodically replenish the pool of incidents as needed.
