Institutions in the Midwestern Higher Education Compact (MHEC) member states are eligible to purchase off of our contracts. MHEC member states are Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
