Jonathan McNicholes

Jonathan McNicholes is the manager of policy and stakeholder engagement. Before joining MHEC, he worked as the program co-director for the Ramsey County Youth Advisory Council as well as working for multiple years in higher education policy and advocacy with the nonprofit, Students United. Jonathan received his Master’s in Advocacy and Political Leadership with a nonprofit sector concentration from Metropolitan State University and holds a B.A and B.S from Bemidji State University in Political Science, Philosophy, and Psychology. Jonathan began working for the Compact in December 2023.
